Terms and Conditions

Our Services

We provide photocopy, printing, composing, scanning, passport size photos, book binding, mug printing, home AutoCAD drafting, NADRA e-Sahulat services, domicile application assistance, and online school, college, and university admission assistance.

Pricing and Payment

We confirm pricing with you before starting your order. Payment is required at the time of order or before handover, depending on the service. Prices for government related services, such as domicile or NADRA processing, may include a separate government fee in addition to our service charge.

Accuracy of Information and Documents

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you provide, such as CNIC details, plot dimensions, admission details, or content for composing. We check documents for completeness where possible, but we rely on the information you give us.

Turnaround Time

Turnaround times mentioned on our pages and by our staff are estimates. Services that depend on a third party office or portal, such as NADRA, domicile, or admission submissions, may take longer due to factors outside our control.

Government and Institutional Decisions

Decisions on approval, certification, admission, or acceptance of an application rest entirely with the relevant government office, institution, or authority. Umer Composing Center assists with preparation and submission, but does not control or guarantee the outcome of any application.

Professional Services Disclaimer

For services such as AutoCAD drafting, stamp paper composing, or document scanning, please refer to our Disclaimer page for details on what our service does and does not include.

Refunds and Cancellations

Please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy for details on payments already made.

Delivery

Where delivery is requested, we book a rider through Uber or a similar service. The delivery fare is paid by the customer directly to the rider.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services. The current version applies to any order placed with us.
