How to use this calculator

Most customers need more than one thing done in a single visit. A student may want a thesis printed, bound and photocopied. Someone applying for a visa may need scanning, passport photos and a form printout. This tool lets you add all of it together instead of asking about each item separately.

What these rates cover

The prices in the calculator are our standard counter rates for A4 work on normal paper. They are the same rates listed on each service page of this website.

  • Printing. Rs 15 per page for black and white, Rs 50 per page for colour.
  • Photocopy. Rs 10 per page for black and white, Rs 50 per page for colour. Black and white drops to Rs 9 per page on orders of 50 copies or more.
  • Scanning. Rs 20 to Rs 50 per page. The exact rate depends on the resolution and file format you ask for.
  • Passport photos. Rs 150 for a standard set of 4 to 6 copies. Urgent same day sets are Rs 150 to Rs 200 because they are moved ahead of other work.
  • Binding. Rs 60 to Rs 100 per book for spiral, softbound and hardbound, depending on page count and cover.
  • Composing. Rs 300 to Rs 500 per document, depending on length and type.
  • Mug printing. Rs 800 to Rs 1000 for a single mug, depending on whether it is plain ceramic or a colour changing magic mug.

Where a range is shown, the calculator gives you a low figure and a high figure so you know the widest the bill can get.

Services we price on request

A few things cannot be given a fixed rate on a web page, so they are not in the calculator. For these, send us the details on WhatsApp and we will tell you the cost before any work starts.

  • NADRA e-Sahulat services. The government fee is set by NADRA and changes by service type, so we quote it at the counter.
  • Home AutoCAD design. The price depends on plot size, floors and how much detail the drawing needs.
  • Bulk colour photocopy and printing. Large colour orders are quoted after we see the file.
  • Certificate printing, photo paper and special sizes. These use different paper stock and are charged separately.
  • Domicile and other document work. Fees vary with the office and the paperwork involved.

The calculator gives an estimate, not a final bill. The figure can change once we see your files. Page count, paper size, colour coverage, binding thickness and urgent handling all affect the final amount. Prices can also be revised over time. If a rate on this page is different from the counter rate on the day you visit, the counter rate applies.

Questions about our prices

No. It is an estimate based on our standard counter rates. The final amount depends on your actual pages, paper size and how much colour is on each page. Send the file on WhatsApp and we will confirm the exact figure.

Because the work varies. Binding a 40 page report costs less than binding a 300 page thesis. Scanning at normal resolution costs less than a high resolution scan for a visa file. The calculator shows the lowest and the highest so you can plan for either.

Black and white photocopy drops from Rs 10 to Rs 9 per page once you reach 50 copies. For other large orders, send the details and we will tell you what we can do.

No. The calculator covers the work itself. If you want the finished job delivered, we can arrange a rider and the rider fee is separate. Ask about it when you send your list.

NADRA e-Sahulat charges are government fees, not our own rates, and they differ by service. Putting a number on this page could mislead you, so we confirm the fee at the counter instead.
