Refund and Cancellation Policy

General Policy

Once payment is made for a service, it is non-refundable. This applies whether you cancel before we start your order or after work has begun. We confirm pricing with you before starting, so please make sure you are ready to proceed before making payment.

Government or Institutional Rejection

For services such as NADRA processing, domicile applications, or admission form submissions, our service fee covers the work we do to prepare, submit, and follow up on your application. If a government office or institution rejects, delays, or does not approve an application for reasons outside our control, our service fee remains non-refundable, since the work has already been completed on our side. The government fee, where applicable, is a separate charge set by the relevant office and is not something we control.

Errors on Our Part

If a printing, photocopy, composing, or other order has a clear mistake made by us, such as an unclear print or an incorrect document detail we should have caught, we will correct it at no extra cost. This is a correction of the work, not a cash refund.

Before You Pay

To avoid issues, please confirm your documents, spelling, plot size, admission details, or other order specifics with our staff before payment. We check what we can, but the final responsibility for accurate information rests with you.
