We are not a law firm, a licensed architectural or engineering firm, a notary office, or a government department. Where a service requires official certification, approval, or legal advice, we recommend consulting the relevant authority or a qualified professional.

NADRA e-Sahulat Services

Umer Composing Center is a licensed NADRA e-Sahulat franchise, authorized to assist with CNIC, B-Form, and biometric related services. Final approval and issuance of any NADRA document rests with NADRA. Photocopying or facilitating a document does not amount to attestation, notarization, or certification unless stated otherwise.

Domicile Application Services

We assist with preparing, submitting, and following up on domicile applications for any district in Punjab. The domicile certificate itself is issued by the Deputy Commissioner’s office, not by us. We do not guarantee approval or a specific processing time, since this depends on the relevant government office.

Home AutoCAD Design Services

Our AutoCAD service provides architectural drafting, including floor plans, room layouts, and elevations. We are not a licensed architectural or structural engineering firm. Structural calculations and construction grade structural drawings should be prepared or reviewed by a qualified structural engineer. Approval requirements from LDA, housing societies, or other authorities vary by project, and where certification is required, the final drawings should be reviewed and submitted by an appropriately registered architect or engineer. Our drawings are intended as a planning and visualization base.

Stamp Paper and Legal Document Composing

We type and format documents such as affidavits, agreements, and letterheads on stamp paper or plain paper as requested. This is a composing and typing service, not legal advice. Notarization or attestation, where required, must be completed separately by the relevant authority.

Duplicate Bills and Board Result Printing

Duplicate utility bills and board result printouts are provided for your convenience based on publicly available account or result information. These are printed copies, not certified documents. Any certified document must be obtained directly from the relevant provider or board.

Online Admission Services

We assist with filling and submitting school, college, and university admission forms, along with entry test registration. The decision to grant admission, and the outcome of any entry test, rests entirely with the relevant institution or testing body. We do not guarantee admission or test results.

Photocopy of Legal or Official Documents

We provide photocopying of CNIC, passports, and other official documents as a printing service only. This does not amount to certification or attestation of the document.
